The current episode starts with Zara calls Kabir and asks him to come to hospital Amaan is critical, Kabir cancels meeting with Miraj and reaches to Hospital.

Zara admits Amaan to hospital where Doctor reveals that his condition is critical he has ate nothing from two days.

Zara gets to know that Zeenat was forcing Amaan to keep roza from many days, Kabir comes Zara tells  him how Zeenat forced Amaan to keep roza.

Kabir asks Zeenat she did wrong while Zeenat confesses that Amaan was stubborn to keep roza.

Zara saves Amaan's life

Zeenat and Zara argue while Kabir asks Doctor to see Amaan if he can tolerate hunger for some more time.

Amaan is getting critical that Zara now decides to feed juice to Amaan, he is shivering.

Zara makes Amaan drink juice, first Kabir stops Zara but when Zara says that it is not crime in Islam to save anyone’ life, Kabir confesses her to do Zara is relieved she feeds juice to Amaan that suddenly Amaan gets fit and he faints unconscious. Doctors admit Amaan in ICU all get shocked while when Kaashan comes Zeenat blames Zara telling Zara killed her son.

Kabir stops Zeenat from blaming Zara instead of praying, they all pray for Amaan, Doctor comes out and says Amaan is out of danger while Zeenat and all thanks Doctor, Doctor asks everyone to thanks Zara she saved Amaan's life. Aisha thanks Zara.
