The current episode starts with a man comes to Ishita and requests her to treat him, he is having a painful toothache, at last, she agrees, the man informs Raman that he met Ishita and he did what he asked him to do.

Raman praises Ishita saying she is a Good dentist and for her all patients are equal, the man thanks Raman while Ruhi overhears Raman appreciating Ishita and recommending people for Ishi Maa.

Ruhi teases Raman saying he always appreciates Ishi Maa, Raman blushes but tries to hide his feelings for Ishita, Ruhi keeps on saying he is so cute Papa, Raman asks if she has any work.

Ruhi gives some papers to Raman, she asks him to come with her for office but he refuses and tells that he will not go anywhere today he will spend the whole day with Pihu, Ruhi gets happy.

Aaliya comes to meet Shagun and gets happy seeing Shagun dressed, she is happy that she is now trying to come out of depression.

Shagun shows some dresses to Aaliya, she tells Aaliya that her friend's son has come from the USA for marriage, she wants her to see him and meet him,

Aaliya gets angry and refuses to get remarried while Shagun compels Aaliya for remarriage. Aaliya goes in anger.

Aaliya treated her patient that Ishita gets Roshni's call, Roshni is getting bored in the house as Ishita locked her inside the house.

Roshni pleads Ishita to come home she is feeling bored, Ishita decides to go on lunch Roshni gets excited that suddenly Ishita reminds Roshni about her appointment with Gynecologist.

Roshni gets upset but agrees to go, Ishita leaves for home.

Raman comes to play with Pihu and they decide that the one who will win the game, the other one will have to fulfill the winner's wish, Pihu does cheating and wins and wishes for ice cream treat.

Romi and Mihika are on the way after seeing their new flat, Romi insists Mihika to leave Bhalla house and live an independent life but Mihika refuses.

Raman takes Pihu for Ice cream treat where Mrs. Bhalla informs him about Shagun wanted to meet him.

Shagun, Ruhi, Aaliya, Raman, and Mrs. Bhalla meet in a restaurant, Shagun reveals that she wants Aaliya to get remarried, Aaliya is not ready for remarriage that Raman also asks Shagun to not compel Aaliya to remarry.

Ishita asks everyone to not insist Aaliya for remarriage she loved Adi, after listening to Ishita's confession, Aaliya confesses for remarriage. Aaliya clarifies to Ishita that she should not interrupt in their family matters as she doesn't love Adi who never loved her.

Ishita goes when Aaliya agrees for remarriage, Mani thanks Ishita for convincing Aaliya, Ishita has executed a clever strategy to convince Aaliya for remarriage.

Ishita tells that she misses family and she can't live Roshni alone, Mani goes from there that Ishita feels everyone hates Roshni.

Ruhi brings Aaliya to meet the boy while Ruhi calls Ishita, Ruhi tells Ishita that they will together unite family first when Ishita asks Ruhi to search her life partner. Ishita is happy having a daughter like Ruhi while Ruhi thinks that just like before this time also she will unite Raman Ishita.
