The current episode starts with the leap of three month, Ritwik gets ready and recalls the time Vijay and Mamta convince him for marriage where eventually Ritwik agrees for their happiness.

The family is very excited for Setu and Rohit's engagement.

Ritwik and Ananya have got engaged, Ritwik is still upset while Ananya comes to him and teases him when Vijay and Rishab confront Ritwik for his tension.

Ananya tells her friend that how Ritwik proposed her for marriage, flashback shows Ritwik proposes Ananya on kneels, Ritwik later on asks if he really proposed her, Ananya and Ritwik recall the time when they talk together for marriage and decide that Ananya is ready to live with him without any expectation while Ritwik tells her that he can never love her or get romantic with her, they both agree for marriage alliance.

Rohit calls Setu while Setu is getting ready, later on she calls Palak and asks her to come while Palak refuses to come as she don't want to face off Ritwik, Setu gets upset.

Gayatri thanks Manjeet for convincing Rohit's family for accepting Setu who is a divorcee'. Manjeet recalls she told Rohit to tell his family about Setu's truth, he told that his family has no problem while when Manjeet tells Rohit's father he ignores telling he don't have any problem with Setu's past.

Palak's friends asks her to attend Setu's function she is her best friend and there is still time she can reach on time, Palak is confused. Rohit's father try to talk to Setu's friend for getting his signature to get his pending project passed while he doesn't pay heed.

Ritwik and Ananya got engaged

Rohit's father recall the time he told his wife that he is accepting Rohit and Setu's alliance because he wants her father to sign the document so that his 300 crore money return back to him.

The family gathers for the engagement ceremony, Rohit confronts Ritwik and tells him that Palak is not coming to the function, he tells Ritwik that he knows well his feelings for Palak, he tells Ritwik to break alliance with Ananya if he is going to break in future, Ritwik says that he is not going to do so.
