The current episode starts with Prerna wears chunri and recalls the time when Veena sings Banno Teri Ankhiyaan Surmedaani song and dances with Prerna she tells Prerna and family that she will dance a lot in Prerna's wedding.

Prerna laughs and dances with Veena, flashback ends, Prerna cries holding back chunri. Suman tries to convince her family to attend adaan pradaan ritual and makes them understand that it is Prerna's function while Veena refuses to attend, Moloy agrees and asks him family to get ready for function as they should fulfill their duties towards their daughters.

Moloy is returning back and thinks that he will surely surprise Mohini as she is thinking that he will return back by tomorrow, 

Prerna and family arrives to Basu house while Anurag is going for a meeting, Mohini stops him and tells him that Naveen is getting married and Anurag knows that girl very well, Anurag is shocked yet recalls Durga pooja when Mohini was telling to Chandrika's mother that she has a wedding proposal of a NRI boy for Chandrika.

Anurag thinks that Chandrika is going to marry Naveen, here Anurag gets shocked to see Prerna and thinks maybe Mohini invited her.

Anupam teases Naveen while later on Naveen gets intense close to Prerna which makes Prerna feel uncomfortable. Anurag meets Prerna and tells her about Chandrika marrying Naveen, Anurag says how girls can marry a half aged guy just for money they even don't care for their dreams and aspirations, then only Naveen comes and tightly holds Prerna's waist.

Naveen introduces his to be wife Prerna to Anurag, Anurag is left speechless and hell shocked while Naveen says Naveen weds Prerna, he takes Prerna with him while Anurag realizes that Prerna is not ready for marriage, and even she is uncomfortable with Naveen.

Moloy recalls the time when he asked Rajesh to turn their friendship into familial relation, he tells Rajesh that he wants to get Anurag and Prerna married, Rajesh says that his wife and Mohini Bhabhi will have Mahabharat in their house and Prerna will get bored of Anurag, they laugh together, flashback ends, Rajesh decides that as soon as he will reach home he will talk to Rajesh about Anurag and Prerna's alliance.

Anurag is restless thinking Prerna can't do this marriage, it is unfair, while there Mohini and Veena take Naveen and Prerna's kundali to temple, Mohini taunts Veena that he daughter Prerna is more smart than her Mohini advices Veena to just enjoy wedding and get photographs clicked with smile.

Naveen and Prerna's wedding alliance shocks Anurag

The function begins adaan pradan rituals starts, where Anurag fulfills Moloy duties, Anurag is asked to congratulate Prerna in her ears but Anurag questions Prerna why she is marrying Naveen if someone is forcing her she can tell him, he will solve her problem.

The Pandit gives two muhrat for wedding, while one is after 20 days and the other muhrat is after one year, Naveen fixes wedding after 20 days but Prerna's family says that they need time but suddenly Prerna agrees for the muhrat shocking her family and Anurag,

Mohini congrats Naveen and gifts a necklace to Prerna, Nivedita gets irked as it is her necklace while her husband Anupam cheers her up and asks her to enjoy the rituals.

Moloy is on the way for home, and is very excited to talk to Rajesh about Anurag Prerna.

Naveen takes Prerna to his room while Prerna is still uncomfortable, Anurag feels restless. Naveen gets close to Prerna and hugs her while Prerna feels uncomfortable.
