The current episode starts with Zara asking Kabir to do a favor on her and spend a night with Rukhsar.

Kabir agrees but tells Zara that he is doing it for last time and Zara agrees for it and calms down Kabir.

Kabir goes to Rukhsar's room and tries to talk to her and asks her to make him drink the poison she was planning to give her earlier.

Rukhsar pushes away the glass and Zara, Kabir are shocked and rushes Rukhsar to hospital.

Doctor tells Zara, Kabir that it's a signal that Rukhsar will get out of coma and suggest to keep her in hospital.

Zara and Kabir stays in hospital while Zara had a nightmare that Rukhsar attempts to kill her, while she soon get out of nightmare.

Zara and Kabir's big plan 

Zara goes to Rukhsar and tells Rukhsar that she has nothing in her heart against her and Kabir is astonished seeing Zara.

Zara and Kabir shares romantic moment in hospital, Kabir says that now they have to do something big to get Rukhsar out of coma.

Zara says that she has a big plan to execute which will get Rukhsar out of coma, Zara tells her plan to Kabir.

Reema and Imran goes to jail and tells Imran that she will get Miraj out of jail on bail to make him take away Rukhsar with her while Imran stops her from going madness.

Zeenat comes to workout Zara's plan and tells Rukhsar that Humdan is not dead and he will come to take her and she will no more be Kabir's wife
