The current episode starts with Mr Bajaj takes Prerna to home while Prerna still feels if the person lying injured on the road is someone related to her.

The people here rush Anurag to the hospital while here Prerna and Mr Bajaj are welcomed in Bajaj Mansion for Grah-Pravesh.

Prerna gets Shivi's call where Shivi confronts Prerna for cheating on Anurag's pure love and marrying that evil man Bajaj.

Prerna gets confused thinking how Shivani learned about all this while here Ronit leaves in his car seeing Shivani talking to Prerna on call.

Ronit smirks while Shivani gets yelling at Prerna for betraying Anurag who always saved her from problems, who always loved her selflessly.

Prerna gets shell-shocked when Shivani inquires about Anurag and reveals how Anurag went to look for her but didn't return back to home.

Prerna disconnects the calls and recalls the accident which happened amid her way. 

Mr Bajaj and Prerna are about to do Grah-Pravesh ritual that Prerna recalls her Grah-Pravesh with Anurag, she recalls their love moment, thus she steps back and recklessly runs to meet Anurag.

Mr Bajaj gets angry and walks inside the home while the Priest calls it a bad omen.

Prerna falls on the road which she runs to meet Anurag, Prerna finally takes a taxi and reaches to the accident spot where after she arrives at the hospital.

Prerna enters Anurag's room leaving behind the footprints of blood.

Prerna completely breaks down seeing Anurag lying unconscious on the bed.

Prerna confesses her love to unconscious Anurag, she confesses to Anurag that how he saved her by marrying Komolika and now she had to marry Bajaj to save him.

Prerna shares emotional moments of love with Anurag while she recalls their precious and memorable moments of love.

Suddenly, the Doctor comes who consoles Prerna and tells about Anurag out of danger.

Heartbroken Prerna's emotional moment of love with Anurag 

Prerna hugs Anurag while she is totally broken in tears, suddenly she sees her mangalsutra and recalls Bajaj making her wear mangalsutra.

Chadariya Zheeni Re Zheeni song plays while broken in tears Prerna leaves Anurag's hand and walks out of the room with a broken heart.

Shivani sees her family enjoying the moment while Veena is singing...Banno Teri Ankhiya Surmedaani..while she enjoys the moment for which Rajesh and Moloy waited such long.

The family dances while Shivani cries bitterly seeing her family's happiness which is unaware of the reality.

Shivani regrets of why Prerna cheated Anurag, she again calls Prerna and questions her.

Shivani is really angry at Prerna for what she did with Anurag, she complaints to Prerna that her this step will totally ruin Anurag and he will die without her.

Prerna tells Shivani that now she has someone else wife.
