The current episode starts with a man pointing gun at Dr. Sid and Dr. Ishani.

The parent later pleads them to hurry as his son’s health is deteriorating. The boy is taken for the MRI tests.

However, Sid and Ishani suspect something foul in the reports but Dr. Rishabh interrupts as he is his patient.

Juhi comes and compels Sid and Ishani to take off for the day as they are working a lot since last week.

Sid, Ishani arrive for the birthday party of Ishani meanwhile, some girls stop Sid and start beating him.

Ishani is still suspicious of if the lead poisioning in the boy's body is increasing due to some kind of lead product being inside his body.

Ishani laughs and records the video while Sid tries to get rid of the girls but all in vain.

Here, Neil faints after he realizes that the boy has ate some lead product while he later see an injured man bleeding hand.

At last, Ishani compels the girls to choose another guy as Sid is not a husband material.

The girls fight and argue with Sid that suddenly Ishani recalls the parent pointing at them.

Ishani asks Sid and their friend to rush and stops his MRI otherwise the bullet will explode.

Aman is taking the boy inside MRI machine for the MRI test that he inserts the headphone in his ears and also makes the boy wear headphone.

Sid and Ishani take off their metal jewelry, belts, rings, earrings and rush into the MRI room and finally succeed in stopping the test.

Aman is shocked while Sid, Ishani finally manage to make the boy confess the truth that he ate his father's gun bullet.

Dr. Rishabh and everyone is stunned finding the truth while Rishabh prepares for the surgery.

Ishani's birthday bash and Sid's surprise

Sid and Asha bring Ishani to a disco bar to celebrate Ishani's birthday.

Ishani is stunned as today is not her birthday while Asha celebrates the day as Ishani's birthday to take the party of her last year birthday when they first entered Sanjivani hospital.

Sid and Asha cheer up Ishani and compel her to blow the candles on her birthday cake.

Suddenly, Neil, Rahil and Aman come and surprise Ishani. Neil reveals to Ishani about how much lead was extracted from the boy's digestive system.

Ishani is relieved learning the boy is fine now.

Sid cheers up Ishani for her birthday and for saving the boy life while Ishani sees him lovingly.
