The current episode starts with Rahil teasing Sid confessing Sid's love feelings for Ishani.

Here Dr. Ishani is doing checkup of a little girl while she narrates a story to her.

Ishani narrates a story of how a monster (Sid) comes in a princess (Ishani) life and started to trouble her but one day the princess realized his good side.

Suddenly, Sid comes there with halwa and starts feeding the same to the little girl.

Sid also narrates a story to the girl of how one day a prince (Sid) stayed up for the whole night to cook halwa for a princess (Ishani) but the princess sometimes turns bad while she returns to her palace.

Ishani hopes that the monster (Sid) could feed her halwa but Sid teases her. Thereby, he gets a new bowl of halwa and feeds the same to Ishani.

Ishani feels pleased by Sid's such step and her heart again starts beating fast.

Ishani leaves with the bowl and rushes to the washroom. Ishani is confused and convinces herself repeating Dr. Sid is a monster, neither a hero nor a prince.

Later, Sid calls Ishani to assist him in the surgery.

Sid, Rahil and Ishani come together for the surgery of a patient, but when Sid questions Ishani, Ishani's heart starts pounding.

Ishani takes Sid aside, and open her hairs. Sid is completely clueless while Ishani gets closer to Sid.

Mai..Pareshan, Pareshan, Pareshan...Pareshan song plays while Ishani confesses to Sid about how she is completely lost in him, how he protected her from goons, she went crazy for him.

Ishani goes crazy

Sid calls Ishani that Ishani comes to reality. Ishani gets confused seeing that she has held Sid's hands.

Ishani runs outside the OT while Rishabh assigns a case to Sid.

Ishani meets Aisha and compels her to work in place of her with Sid as if someday she will imagine Sid again and will kiss him.

Sid comes to Ishani where they both come to meet Jessica and Jignesh who are soon getting married.

They congratulate Jessi and Jignesh where they are having a fight. Jignesh is worried for Jessi's disease but Jessi wants him to chill.

Sid and Ishani start fighting over Jignesh and Jessi.

The Nurse asks Sid and Ishani to stop their fight while the kids say, that their fight is love.
