The current episode starts with Sid and Ishani decide to do Jessica’s tests.

The nurse teases them while the kids also tease them.

Sid pulls Ishani’s leg by asking for marriage, Ishani’s heart beats fast and she leaves from there.

Shashank wants Juhi to do the test of the patient but Juhi refuses. Juhi reminds Shashank that she is going to see machines. Eventually, they have an argument and Juhi leaves.

Ishani handovers Jessica’s case to Aisha and asks her to do her work for time being until she will control her emotions.

Sid gets stunned seeing Aisha in the surgery room while she questions her about Ishani.

Later on, Aisha gives medical files to Sid and Sid is again shocked to see Aisha instead of Ishani.

Here Anjali inquires Vardhan about the girl patient to whom he secretly admitted in luxury ward.

Vardhan recalls and tags it a surprise for Anjali.

Vardhan handovers pay cheque to Anjali calling it her 7 Star Plus salary as she is the doctor of 7 Star Plus luxury ward.

Vardhan assures Anjali that the girl father took him from the hospital after her treatment.

Anjali gets happy while Vardhan calls Rahul and informs about how he bribed Anjali and now Anjali will no more inquire about luxury ward.

Here Sid comes to Ishani and is surprised seeing Ishani doing yoga.

Sid breaks Ishani's heart

Sid adores Ishani while Ishani is busy in doing meditation.

Sid shocks Ishani and starts bursting his anger on her.

Sid scolds Ishani for doing meditation instead of seeing her patients,.

Sid calls Ishani unprofessional who is doing nepotism as she is Shashank’s friend daughter and is taking advantage of it.

Shashank and Anjali come together where Shashank is confused over Juhi and Vardhan same decision.

Later, Shashank and Anjali have a good moment of father and daughter when Shashank talks about Anjali's childhood.

Sid tells Rahil about Ishani's weird and ignorant behavior while here Ishani tells Aisha about how Sid yelled at her.

Aisha and Rahil convince Ishani and Sid to apologize to each other and end their fight.

Sid and Ishani decide to apologize that they share a look as they come close to each other.

Sid gets in a dilemma and thinks that he can't love Ishani while the same with Ishani.

Sid and Ishani eventually get angry as soon as they face off.
