The current episode starts with Sid falls where Ishani taunts him saying he really fell hard in her love.

Sid threatens Ishani saying he will do harrassment complaint while Ishani questions if he wants to spoil her professional life with his personal matters.

Sid finds Ishani a complete stubborn girl.

Meanwhile, here Shashank and Juhi are handling the case of a patient in the OT.

Juhi again questions Shashank about when he fell in love with her.

Shashank avoids the questions saying he already answered her on Jessica's wedding day.

The patient laughs at Shashank and Juhi's love talk while soon Juhi leaves.

Nurse asks Shashank to reveal the truth to Juhi and not mislead her.

Shashank compels Nurse to never ever reveal the 10 years ago truth to Juhi as it was the past and Juhi should never about why she was expelled from the hospital.

Shashank leaves while Juhi hears but fails to hear the real truth.

Nurse Philo also misleads Juhi hiding the truth.

Ishani sees Sid while Rishabh is explaining her about a patient case.

Ishani recalls Asha telling her to become Sheela Ki Jawani to impress Dr. Sid.

Anjali is worried and calls Vardhan while Vardhan swears to not spare Shashank.

Vardhan lies to Anjali saying he got busy at home as he is a single parent. While when Anjali compels Vardhan to stop everything that is going on between them, Vardhan gets angry.

Vardhan regrets for getting angry at Anjali while Anjali soon texts Vardhan and asks him to meet her at 9 PM. Vardhan gets happy.

Sid and Ishani's romance time

Sid and Asha are seeing the patients while Juhi sees them and asists Sid.

Sid calls Juhi as Ishani that Juhi compels Sid to not hide his feelings from Ishani and soon confess his feelings to her.

Later on, Sid sees someone stealing that he runs after the person.

Sid comes to a dark room that suddenly the lights turn on...Sid sees red and white heart balloons everywhere.

Sid realizes it is all Ishani's plan. Sid compels Ishani to come outside while Ishani confesses that the room is outside hospital property so there is no need to be professional.

Ishani comes in red saree that Sid gets surprised.

Zara Zara Touch Me Touch Me song plays, Ishani dances sensuously and tries to lure Sid.

Sid gets hooked at Ishani while Ishani gets closer to him.
