The current episode starts with Anupama singing aarti and performing pooja. Anupama along with the family does pooja while Samar and Paritosh have fun.

Anupama and Baa kept nirjala fast while Mamaji make Leela’s fun.

Vanraj gets ready to go office where he asks Anupama if she asked Kavya about what they discussed last night.

Anupama apologizes as she forgot while being busy in decorating the house.

Vanraj thinks Kavya will have to come today while Anupama calls Kavya and wishes her Janmashtami.

Anupama invites Kavya for the Janmashtami pooja but Kavya denies saying she has important work.

Kavya agrees to come when Anupama says her promotion party spoiled because of her and if she will come today then she will feel happy.

Vanraj meets Kavya and smiles seeing her while Kavya tells Anupama insisted her so she couldn’t refuse.

Kavya asks Vanraj if everything is okay after all he didn’t complaint on phone nor he asked about Anirudh.

Vanraj asks Kavya to not argue today while he is glad that she is coming today for Janmashtami.

Anupama gets ready where Samar helps her and sings. Anupama praises Samar saying he is like Kanhaji while Samar says, Vanraj is Kanha and she is Radha.

Samar says he is 22 years old and won’t become Kanha while Paritosh says Samar will only have to dress like Kanhaji.

Baa says Samar is younger so he will have to become Kanhaji while everyone agrees. Anupama tells this is the custom and Samar will have to follow it.

The family makes Samar ready as Kanha while Samar asks Paritosh to massage his legs as he is tired.

Samar orders Pakhi to get fruits for him while Baa asks kids to serve Kanhaji.

Samar enjoys while then Kinjal comes.

Anupama interrupts in lying, she asked Kinjal to come like this as she will dress her up as she thought she will become her Bahu.

Kinjal thanks Anupama while Baa asks Anupama to get Kinjal ready.

Kinjal tells her parents will come when they will be free from work while Anupama praises saying work is worship as Vanraj too had to go office.

Kinjal laughs seeing Samar while Samar asks her to behave as he is Krishna.

Anupama apologizes to Krishna aka Samar while Samar jokes on Baa. Baa taunts she will see him when he will not be Kanha.

Samar praises the love between Anupama Saas and Kinjal Bahu while then he thinks of Nandini.

Vanraj wants Kavya to attend Shahs Janmashtami 

Vanraj drops Kavya to her and hopes to meet soon at home while when Kavya asks if he will not ask her to dress up well,

Vanraj asks Kavya to wear pink color while he says Baa doesn’t likes it if anyone doesn’t dresses up well on festival.

Anupama recalls Vanraj gifted her the saree on their first anniversary while Kinjal says romantic.

Anupama gives blouse to Kinjal which Pakhi made for dance competition.

Kinjal apologizes and thanks Anupama while Anupama says ‘We expect Bahus to know everything, when we get a job, we are given training, then why do we expected Bahus to be well-trained’.

Anupama says she already apologized to Kanhaji for the lie.
