The current episode starts with Sonakshi being happy that Ishwari likes her for Abhi.

Dev and Sonakshi are happy together, and leaves for home enters in Ishwari's room.

Ishwari was lying on the floor and Dev gets shocked seeing this calls Mamaji to help.

Dev is tensed seeing her mother Ishwari like this rushes her to hospital, Dev is very nervous.

Mamaji tries to console Dev that Ishwari will get well soon, Mamaji says that he will take care of Ishwari.

Dev says that he must call Sonakshi as she could understand Ishwari's health better but Mamaji stops him.

Dev says why, Mamaji says that Ishwari will not be happy seeing Sonakshi here as she don't like Sonakshi.

Dev gets shocked to know that Ishwari doesn't like Sonakshi and his relationship, Mamaji says that it all happened because of this relationship.

Dev is hurt knothis and feels guilty for Ishwari's condition, Sonakshi is also tensed as Dev had not picking up the call.

Dev decides to break relationship with Sonakshi 

Doctor informs Dev that Ishwari has taken overdose of sleeping pills because of stress, says that Ishwari is under too much stress.

Radha instigates Ria and Nikki against Sonakshi says it all happened because of her.

Dev comes and stops Radha from saying anything to Nikki and Ria, consoles them and sends them home.

Mamaji and Ishwari talks over Sonakshi and Dev's relationship, Dev hears and feels bad for Ishwari's condition.

Sonakshi calls Dev repeatedly but he cuts the call, Sonakshi is tensed calls Nikki to know about whereabouts.

Sonakshi finds about Ishwari's condition rushes to hospital, consoles Dev and says that she will talk to doctor about Ishwari's health.

Dev stops Sonakshi and says that with what relationship is she showing all concern, Sonakshi gets shocked hearing this.

Dev asks Sonakshi not do anything says that she is no more Ishwari's doctor, Dev says that Ishwari's state is because of them.

Dev reveals that Ishwari doesn't like his and her relationship asks Sonakshi to leave him, Sonakshi gets shocked hearing this.
