Akshara tries to speak to Aarohi but she refuses to speak to anyone.
Akshara decides to go to the hospital as Abhimanyu and Aarohi might come face to face again.
Meanwhile, Manjari asks Abhimanyu to drop her at the temple.
Further, while crossing the road Manjiri gets restless.
At the hospital, Aarohi feels pain and she finds some extra medication and she decides to consume it to reduce her stress and pain.
Aarohi recalls the words of Abhimanyu and her family members.
Aarohi takes an overdose of the medicine to free herself from stress and she starts feeling dizzy.
On the other side, Akshara also reaches the hospital and looks for Aarohi, and asks the staff about Abhimanyu and Aarohi.

Akshara runs behind Aarohi and asks her to stop the car and gets inside.
Aarohi drives the car recklessly with Akshara in drowsiness.
In the shocking turn of events, the car hits a tree and Akshara receives a call from Abhimanyu.
On the other side, Abhimanyu gets worried for Akshara.
Aarohi sees Abhimanyu's name in Akshara's call and keeps saying he hates me.
Aarohi accepts that when Sirat died it was her fault and not Akshara's.
Aarohi and Akshara again meet with an accident while here Abhimanyu starts feeling restless.
Later, Akshara and Aarohi feel that they bumped into something and Akshara decides to cross-check.
Aarohi refuses to check while the car surface is covered with blood and they are unaware of it.
Aarohi and Akshara reach home and Abhimanyu calls her to ask if she is fine.
Akshara says that she is fine and he keeps calling Manjari on the other side.
