Goenka's asks Akshara to keep fast for Abhimanyu as per the ritual.
Manjari decides to prepare food for Akshara and asks Mahima for help.
However, Mahima says that she is busy at the hospital and asks to take help from Neil and Parth.
Mahima then searches for her patient and then she finds out the patients with Akshara and Abhimanyu.
Akshara sings for the patient while Mahima gets mad at Akshara for treating the patient with her music.
Meanwhile, Anand comes there and sides Akshara when patients ask them to let them hear the music.
Mahima gets irked while Aarohi feels bad when Anand quotes Akshara as soon-to-be Birla bahu.
Later, Abhimanyu learns about Akshara's fast and he calls at home.
Manjari receives the call and she decides to cook the sweet for Akshara.
Abhimanyu and Akshara worry for Manjari and they reach Birla house.
Manjari was about to faint when Abhimanyu and Akshara save her in the nick of the time.

Mahima goes mad at Goenkas for daily coming up with the rituals.
On the other side, Aarohi thinks that in Akshara's presence drama will always happen but still others will praise her.
Akshara then cooks for herself while here Abhimanyu and Mahima argue with each other.
