Gehna meets Surya in the Hospital room and he asks for Water. Gehna gives him Water and tells him that she will save him no matter what.
He whispers her name and she tells him that she is there for him.
She hears Doctor telling Sikandar to bring a particular injection to save Surya.
Sikandar comes into the Hospital room and stabs Surya but then he realises that it is a Pillow. He gets furious.
He tells Police that Surya is missing and they all starts to search for him. He realises that Gehna is behind it and closes the main door.
Gehna has Surya on the wheel chair and then sees Prafull in ward boy uniform. He tells her that a ward boy is ready to help them.
The ward boy shows them an Emergency door and they escape from there with Surya.
Suhana asks Sikandar what he will do and gets irritated not finding Surya in the Hospital and vows to Kill him no matter what and then decides to Kill Gehna.
Jamuna says that Surya is a nice person unlike his Family and that is the reason that he has saved Prafull by paying for his Surgery and then gave back the Desai Papers.
Gehna looks at Surya and Praful says that he needs to be treated. Gehna remember about the Doctor asking for a particular injection and decides to bring it.
Sikandar too remembers about it and says that Gehna would have gone to bring it and asks his Men to stay at every medical store.
Gehna goes to a Medical store but then she finds Sikandar's Men everywhere. She decides to bring it in two hours.
