The current episode starts with Virat and Sayi's moment in the bedroom which gets interrupted by Pakhi.
Pakhi sends Sayi to get a glass of warm water when she asks Virat for a hug as she is missing Samrat.
However, Sayi comes and hugs Pakhi leaving the latter pissed off.
Sayi warns Virat about Pakhi's ill intentions behind this pregnancy.
Pakhi vents out her anger before her mother who reminds her that Sayi is smart and she (Pakhi) will not be able to defeat her.
Next In, Ashwini made laddoos for Sayi and is super happy that she is going to become a mother.
However, Sayi is doubtful and thinks to find the woman who misled Geeta and Yogesh.
Pakhi asks for a health checkup and requests Virat to take her to the hospital but Sayi is sure to not let Pakhi succeed.
Thus, Sayi surprises Virat and Pakhi by visiting the hospital which totally irks Pakhi to the core.
The doctor praises Sayi and compels Pakhi to take advice from Sayi but Pakhi is intensely furious at Sayi.
Virat is super happy knowing everything is fine with the child while when Pakhi reaches home, she complains to Bhavani about how Sayi visited the hospital.
Karishna defends Sayi saying she is the child's mother so she has full rights.
Pakhi complains about what Sayi did except for giving the child, she (Pakhi) only is bearing all the responsibility.
Sayi comes and questions why she even took the responsibility when she chose Geeta.
Thus, the major confrontation comes between Sayi and Pakhi.
Sayi talks about how Pakhi reached hospital and why she struggled so much for them as they didn't ask her to give their womb to their child.
Pakhi calls the child her own which shocks Sayi. Sayi claims her right on the child and questions why she (Pakhi) always calls everything her own.
Pakhi stands silent when Sayi whispers in her ear, just like how she calls Virat her own.
