Akshara asks Abhimanyu about his engagement ring and he thinks that he missed the ring.

Abhimanyu says that he might have left it out at the operation theatre.

Akshara later tells that she will eat him raw if he misses the ring.

Abhimanyu assures Akshara that neither she nor her belonging can be missed by him.

Aarohi thinks that she will beat Abhimanyu and will become a top surgeon.

Abhimanyu learns about Vihaan's condition and goes to check.

Meanwhile, Akshara finds Abhimanyu’s ring and learns that he has undergone MRI.

On the other side, Kairav thinks that Aarohi is still not over Abhimanyu.

Kairav says he is not able to digest the fact that Arohi easily said yes to the marriage.
