Abhimanyu overhears their talk and stands stunned.

Harsh and Akshara get angry while Abhimanyu gives a lecture to the intern.

One of the students out there realizes that they were mean to Abhimanyu.

Another student said they spoke the truth and Abhimanyu thinks about his hand.

Akshata later enters the room and lashes out at the students for insulting Abhimanyu.

Akshara asks them to keep a golden heart before becoming a good doctor.

Harsh watches Akshara taking a stand for Abhimanyu.

Akshara feels bad for Abhimanyu and says he might be hurt.

Meanwhile, A patient out there pleads with Abhimanyu to do the operation.

Akshara vows to find Kunal and searches for him and gets adamant to help Abhimanyu.

Later, Abhimanyu and Akshara get romantic and Kesariya song plays in Abhimanyu's dream.

Abhimanyu wakes up from his sleep and he fears Akshara left him.

Abhimanyu shares with sleeping Akshara that he won’t be able to live without her and asks her to not leave him.

Akshara to meet Dr Kunal

The next day, Abhimanyu along with Parth, Neil, and Manjiri plans for Akshara’s birthday.

Abhi decides to make her day memorable while Akshara keeps looking for Kunal.

Akshara learns that Kunal visits Dargah every Friday and decides to meet him secretly.

Abhimanyu tells the birthday plan to Kairav and the latter shares it with Goenka's.

Arohi thinks it will be fun to ruin Abhimanyu’s planning.

Abhi decides to sing a song for Akshara.

Akshara lie to Abhimanyu, Parth and Manjiri to meet Kunal at Dargah.

Aarohi bumps into Akshara and asks where is she going.

Akshara lies to Aarohi and rushes to meet Kunal.
