The Episode begins with Anupama telling the Nurse that she understand everything and sits near Anuj and asks him not to worry and tells him that she will take care of everything. 

She says that she will take responsibility of everything even the work and the Celebration. She says that she will look after everything and asks whether he now know how it feels to hear Shayari. 

She tells him that one day he will be soo tired of Shayari that he will wake up and ask her to stop. She asks him he should be very desperate to meet Anu. 

She tells him Love you and calls Anu asking her to click picture. She tells her that they should be happy now. She then tells Ani to not come to the room without her. 

Nurse comes there and Anupama leaves from there while Anu stays back. 

Bharkha asks Anupama to send the third class nurse back and tells her that she called a better one. She asks her not to worry and tells her that she will take over the Business and everyone will look after her. She asks her not to take stress and at this moment it is hard for her to take care of her Business. Anupama tells her that she will take care of Business and everything.. She asks her not to worry. Bharkha says that she came into Anuj's Life before her while Anupama says that her Relationship is stronger and their Relationship is of Seven Lives. Bharkha says that her Relationship with Vanraj was too while Anupama says it already broke. 

Anupama makes it sure that the Birthday will be very amazing and says that the dancing should be there. 

Pakhi and Adhik meet each other where Adhik tells Pakhi that he will be with her while Pakhi says that she can't Live with him. 

Bharkha comes to Anupama and accuses her while Anupama says that it is too much. Ankush and Bharkha accuse her while she tells her that she don't trust her. 

Bharkha says that she is trying to save Vanraj. She says that she feels like she and Vanraj are involved. She keeps questioning her while Ankush too supports her. 

Anupama warns Bharkha

Bharkha says that she will say and Anupama asks her to say with Peace. Samar supports her. Bharkha says that everyone involved and says that she will call whom she likes and accuses her.. 

Bharkha says that she will complain while Anupama asks Paritosh to call Rikshaw while Bharkha says that she will go by auto when Anupama says the Car is of her Husband and they won't take it. 

Anupama asks Bharkha to stay away and tells her the Celebrations will happen with happiness and tells her not to get on her head.

She warns her not to threaten or shout at her. She tells her she is not alone and she has Lord Krishna's Blessings and her Husband with her.

She further warns her that she wants to stay with Love and they should do the same. She says or else. Bharkha asks what.

Anupama says she will do what Anuj wanted. She warns her that she only want Peace and Happiness. She warns that she will take decision which they make not like.
