Anupama 14th September 2022 written update Anupama undergoes trauma but is forced to hide the truth 

The episode starts with Anupama taunting Paritosh. Toshu pleads Anupama to not break his marriage just like she did with her marriage.

Anupama is startled to hear it while Toshu asks her to hide about whatever happened for Kinjal and his Family's sake and goes out. He sees Rakhi outside and asks her to explain Anupama too and leaves.

He joins everyone outside and makes excuse when they ask for Anupama and Rakhi. Anuj asks if everything is fine and he says yes.

Barkha and Ankush wait for a moment to take advantage of. Rakhi apologizes Anupama when Anupama asks how could she hide such a big thing.

Rakhi says that it's her daughter who got cheated and she felt like burning the whole world. However she says that she chose her daughter's happiness over her anger.

Rakhi pleads Anupama to hide it for Kinjal's life. Anupama says she has been through the phase and she knows the pain.

Rakhi and Anupama argue over whether to say the truth or not. Rahul argues that it's not only Vanraj or Toshu but every men in this world is the same.

Rakhi forces Anupama to promise 

Anupama refuses to accept her argument when Rakhi makes Anupama promise on Kinjal and the baby. Rakhi begs in front of Anupama to not say the truth to anyone for her daughter's happiness. 

Everyone were playing games while Adik and Pakhi were romancing. Anupama and Rakhi comes out distraught.

Anupama recalls her own betrayal as she witnesses her happy family. Rakhi puts up a fake face while Anupama gets trauma and shouts silently and cries.

Anupama thinks that she can't let Kinjal become another Anupama. However she wonders whether she can stop her from becoming Anupama

Anupama loses her cool

Precap :

Toshu will say Kinjal that he will become the best husband in the world. He will say that he may get late to come home but will ask Kinjal to not lose trust on him.

He will say that he would never betray Kinjal. Having had enough, Anupama will shout at Toshu to hand atleast ounce of shame.
