Anupama 10th October 2022 written update Anuj helps Anupama come out of her trauma and gives her a solution

The episode starts with Vanraj trying to comfort Anupama and Anupama reminds him that Kinjal gave a second chance to Paritosh for baby. She asks him to not force her as it would be Kinjal’s decision to accept him as husband.

Anupama comes back home and finds a letter with pillow from Anuj. Anuj asked her to vent out her frustration on it to relieve herself.

She starts shouting and tearing out the pillow venting out her frustration. Anuj sees it and thinks that it’s the right thing and comforts Anu.

Samar and Pakhi comes to comfort Toshu and Samar ask them to not hate him as he would never hurt Pari. Samar says that they knew he wouldn’t but his anger is his bigger issue.

Toshu says that he’s glad he got another chance and wishes to give a proper family to Pari no matter Kinjal accepts him or not. Anupama wakes up from Anuj’s lap and Anuj says everything is fine.

Anupama thanks him for his advice as she feels light now. He suggests her to take Paritosh to a wellness center for clearing his mental mess.

Anupama feels debited to Anuj. Vanraj gets up scared at the middle of night and wants to check on Kinjal and Pari.

Kavya comforts him and asks him to not to worry as everything will be fine. Vanraj feels ashamed in front of Kapadias as well as the whole neighborhood.

Baa and Bapuji were getting ready for pooja when Baa expresses her concerns that Kinjal would leave them. Bapuji asks her to leave it on time when Baa once again wants Samar’s marriage to happen according her wish.

Toshu leaves to wellness center

Anupama comes there and reminds Baa that Samar is her son and she needs to be consulted in his marriage decisions. Choti Anu and Anuj also comes and greets them.

Anupama comes to Samar, Pakhia and Kinjal and asks Kinjal if she’s fine. Kinjal sasy she thinks so and Anupama says Samar about Baa planning for his wedding.

Samar gets frustrated. Toshu comes there and agrees to go to the wellness center suggested by Anupama to become a better person

After pooja, Toshu takes his leave promising to come back as a better form of himself. Kinjal still didn’t pay heed to him.
