Anupama 29th November 2022 written update Anupama encourages Dimpy with dance while Pakhi goes missing 

The episode starts with everyone getting shocked seeing Anupama's condition. Anuj asks who did it and everyone asks what happened.

Anupama narrates whatever happened. A furious Anuj promises to ruin the guys so does Ankush and Barkha.

Dimpy blames herself and says that she would go back as she don't want them to be harmed. Anuj says that's what they want and they need to stay united.

Anupama advises Dimpy to not lose hope and fight as they fear her. Anupama says not only them but Shah family also got threatened. 

Anuj leaves to get Choti Anu while Ankush says he would arrange for security for Shah House. Vanraj is shocked to learn about the events happened.

He wants to speak with Anupama but every one supports her except Baa. Dimpy faces pain and reveals that she don't have the courage to even dance to relieve her pain.

Adhik says that Pakhi went out to party with her friends and still not returned yet. Anupama dances with Dimpy in order to lift her courage.

Shahs are searching for Pakhi everywhere while Adhik gets frustrated. Baa blames Anupama for not listening to her and worries about Pakhi.

Anupama encourages Dimpy who feels much better after dancing. Choti Anu comes back home and everyone welcomes her.

Anupama wants to say about it to Choti Anu as they are also facing it in the society. Anupama asks Choti Anu to say to her parents when someone touches her badly.

Choti Anu greets Dimpy. Anupama gets call about Pakhi missing and rushes there.

Pakhi escapes from the goons 

Everyone comes back unable to find Pakhi. They see Pakhi running to them and Adhik rushes and hugs her. 

Pakhi narrates about how a cab driver tied kidnapping her and misbehaving with her but she escaped as they got stuck in traffic. 

Anupama thanks God while Vanraj asks how long could they handle it because of her. Barkha asks him not to blame Anupama as she too got harassed but didn't leave her courage. 

Vanraj confronts Anupama.

Dimpy tries to leave the house but Anupama stops her. Dimpy says she don't want to put them in risk.
