Today's episode of Yeh Hai Mohabbatein shows that judges tell sRaman that his signature shows that he he agreed to give Ruhi's custody to SHagun.

Ishita requests judge that Ruhi cannot live without her but judges refuses to hear any explanation and scolds for opening Ruhi's custody again and again.

Ishita cries while packing Ruhi's bag and Ruhi reaches to Bhalla house alongwith police to take Ruhi.

Ishita tells Ruhi that if she stays with Shagun until Adi is here.

Ruhi cries tp hear this and refuses to go with Shagun but Ishita pleads Ruhi that she should go. 

Ishita and Bhalla family helplessly watches to see Shagun taking Ruhi away from them.
