Episode begins with Sai going to operate Pakhi with the senior doctors.
Virat holds himself responsible for all the mess and sees the pictures in Pakhi's camera.
He sees Pakhi's picture which he took. He gets emotional and says sorry to her touching her photo.
He says he will not go against her will from now and he needs her to recover fast.
Sai comes there and assures him she will try her best to save Pakhi.
He pleads her to do every possible thing to save Pakhi. Sai gets teary seeing his pain.
She says they should pray for Pakhi and it will give more strength to the latter to fight the battle.
There kids also pray for Pakhi and Savi tells Vinayak that she wrote Pakhi's name on the wall and prayed for her recovery.
Vinayak does the same and there Sai and the doctor notice that Pakhi is not responding to the treatment process and her vitals also going down.
Doctors lose hope and go to inform Pakhi that she is no more.
Vinayak goes inside the OT and asks Pakhi to wake up as she can't leave him like that.
Sai also says Pakhi will come back to senses again.
She gives her shock therapy constantly and refuses to note her death timing when doctors ask her.
Pakhi gains conciousness finally and doctors check upon her.
Chavans feel delighted to see Pakhi is stable now. Virat comes in and he feels thankful towards Sai that she saved Pakhi.
Pakhi opens her eyes and finds Virat is holding Sai's hand in front of her.
