Episode begins with Sai telling Virat that Pakhi will be alright very soon.
He stays awake all night sitting near Pakhi and waits for her to gain consciousness. Sai checks her vitals and ultimately saves her.
Virat shows his gratitude to Sai holding her hand. Sai says he should thank God for saving Pakhi.
Pakhi witnesses them holding each other's hands after opening her eyes.
She recalls the accident when Virat chose to save Sai and not her. She sheds tears and Sai comes to her.
She happily expresses how they are relieved to see her alive. Pakhi asks her to remove the oxygen mask as she wants to speak.
Sai obeys her and Pakhi asks why she didnt start afresh with Virat when she had that scope.
Sai says she is not interested to go back to her past life and Virat is just her daughter's father.
They don't have feelings for each other. Pakhi keeps on asking what does she feel whom Virat would choose to save if they were in the same bus.
Sai says she should ask this to her husband. Later Chavans come inside to see Pakhi.
Vinayak hugs his mother and the latter feels good. Vinayak says she will never think of leaving him again.
Virat tries to talk to Pakhi but the latter ignores him.
Ashwini says they can't deny the fact that Sai saved Pakhi's life but Bhavani says Pakhi is in this state because of her only.
Sai leaves for home and Usha is happy to see her back safely.
Sai states that she shouldn't have gone to the picnic. It was a big mistake.
Vinayak tells Pakhi how much he cares about her and Virat tries to hold her hand but she removes it being ignorant.
Precap- Ashwini tells Virat to take rest but he says he can't leave Pakhi alone in this condition.
Ashwini says he should take the right decision about his marriage.
Sai takes a firm decision and Virat looks at her being confused
