Episode begins with Virat pleading the couple to let him meet his lost son Vinu.
The wife doesn't allow him thinking about the consequences.
She says Virat will snatch their son from them so they can't allow him to meet Kartik.
Virat requests them being sad and says he thought his son died but now only he came to know he is alive.
The husband agrees to let him meet Kartik and Virat gets restless to meet his son after so many years.
He can't wait to see him whereas the couple bring Kartik to him. Virat gets overwhelmed and hugs him.
Later he notices a birthmark on Kartik and asks the couple about it if it was there when they adopted him.
The couple show him a bracelet which makes Virat realise that Kartik is not Vinu.
Virat says sorry to them for wasting their time and then he cries in car.
Vinayak consoles him and after going back home Pakhi shows concern for Vinayak and asks him not to leave her ever like that.
There Sahiba enjoys food in Sai's house and the latter tells her story of becoming a doctor and her ex husband put efforts for that.
Sai recalls her memories with Virat and Sahiba feels motivated by her journey.
By that time Sahiba and Sai learn about a patient who is trying to commit suicide by jumping off the terrace.
That ex officer tells them that his wife left him when he lost his one hand in war.
So he has no reason to live now. Sai asks him to stop and shouts at him when he is about to jump.
Precap- Sahiba gifts a pottery to Sai and the latter feels happy.
Sai asks him if Vinayak is Virat's son? Meanwhile they learn about Savi and Vinayak's kidnapping by a patient.
Vinayak calls Virat for help and the latter warns the patient.
