Episode begins with Ashwini trying to feed Pakhi but the latter doesn't eat.

Ashwini says she should not be upset over what's decided by the destiny.

Pakhi says she doesn't want to live as she can't even give them the heir.

Ashwini says she is really important for them and her purpose of life is not limited to giving birth to Virat's child.

Later Pakhi shares her pain with Virat and he asks her to move on for Vinayak's sake.

They need her and he tells her to make a promise that she won't take any drastic step.

He convince her somehow and she finally agrees. Virat feels sad for her and there Sai spots Karishma with Vikrant outside the hospital.

Sai learns the truth

She sees they are hugging each other and Vikrant came to drop Karishma.

Sai takes Karishma to the cafe and questions her about her relationship with Vikrant.

Karishma asks her to stay away from her personal life. She lies that Vikrant is her friend.

Sai says Karishma can't fool her and she decides to find out about Vikrant.

She calls Jagtaap and tells him to collect information about Vikrant.

Karishma fears thinking what Sai would do now.

Virat requests Bhavani to not bring the topic of child in front of Pakhi as she is already disturbed.

Bhavani says she will never hurt her intentionally.

Later Sai goes to give Sahiba's paintings to the orphanage from where Vinayak was adopted.

She overhears about the bus accident and learns one child survived from there.

She learns about Abhimanyu and also notices a note.

She gets restless and asks a caretaker about the child but the latter doesn't tell her anything.

Precap- Virat tells Abhimanyu not to inform about Vinu to Sai and Abhimanyu says she is already here. Virat gets shocked seeing her.
