Episode begins with Virat having a discussion with his team and Sai calls him.

Sai notifies him about Vikrant who is not a good guy for Karishma and he should look into the matter.

Virat assures her and Sai also asks him to control Bhavani's action.

She can't come to her house anytime and threaten her, Sai cuts the call and Virat fails to give any explanations.

He feels Bhavani is making things more complicated, how to stop her.

There Virat finds Mohit is consuming alcohol being hurt.

Sai treats Karishma

Virat stops him and tells him to not doubt Karishma as she wants to seek his attention maybe.

She is not cheating on him hopefully and he should not commit the same mistake like Virat did.

Virat says he regrets till now but Mohit should not leave Karishma.

Mohit says he doesn't want her anymore.

There Sai calls Anandi and asks about Vinu's truth in a way that Anandi reveals by mistake Virat only told her to hide the truth.

Anandi covers it up and Sai feels Virat is aware of the truth but is not telling her.

Pakhi gives some woolens to Ashwini for making Shivani's child's clothes.

She says she loves Vinayak but she wanted to start her own family with Virat.

Ashwini feels sad for Pakhi and later Virat visits the address where Karisma's is staying.

He finds her in critical state and she screams in pain. He gets shocked seeing she is bleeding as well.

He calls Sai to come to check Karishma and the latter suspects that Karishma suffered a miscarriage.
