Episode begins with Pakhi sharing her grief with Ashwini and says why she is suffering so much and happiness can't come to her life anymore.

Ashwini hugs her and consoles her. She thinks what she should do to reduce Pakhi's pain so that she gets some relief.

Pakhi leaves being frustrated and there Virat and Sai comfort Karishma when she gains conciousness.

Karishma breaks down after getting notified that she lost her child.

Virat says if he arrived earlier he could have saved her baby too. Karishma says it's all her fault as her plan didn't work.

She states she wanted to make Mohit jealous to get his attention by dating Vikrant.

Sai learns the truth finally

She doesn't love Vikrant but she was angry with Mohit when he was busy in business and Pakhi's matter.

So she did all these but as a result she left the house and later Vikrant tried to assault her in his house.

She informed him about her pregnancy and he pushed her away.

Later she fainted and lost her child, Virat says they will take her to Chavan Nivas.

Sai says that wont be right as Chavans will taunt Karishma even more, she also gets upset recalling her exit with Vinu from the house.

Later she asks Virat to join Vinu's punya tithi puja but Virat refuses to sit for it.

She gets confused and there Virat goes to a temple and says he cant perform puja for Vinu as he is alive. Sai gets shocked hearing the truth.

Precap- Sai and Virat hug each other and get happy for their son Vinu.

Then Sai lashes out at Virat for hiding the truth from her just because of Pakhi.
