Anupama 3rd April 2023 written update Anuj asks Kanta to help Anupama forget him

Episode begins with Anupama worrying about what Kanta is telling Anuj. She thinks Anuj is not in his senses so he might do something which will not be good.

She calls Kanta again and again but the latter doesn't receive the calls. Bhavesh tells Anupama to relax. Anupama hopes on the occasion of Navratri Puja nothing will go wrong.

Anuj will be convinced. There Kanta asks Anuj why his twenty six years of love faded so easily and he left Anupama. Anuj replies he is still in love with Anupama and it shocks Maya.

He says he loves her but he loves Anu too without her he can't live. Kanta says if he loves Anupama then why did he come to see Anu without her.

Anuj says noone understands his pain and suffering. He says he wants to detach himself from Anupama. He can't give her more pain by staying with her.

She couldn't stop Anu from leaving which he expected. Kanta says why he wants to punish his wife when he knows how much she loves him.

Maya gets happy to hear Anuj's decision

Anuj says he doesn't want to go back to her as it would be good for her. He wants her to move on without this hope he will be back.

He says he left everything and punishing himself so he wants Kanta to help Anupama forget him totally.

Maya thinks now Anuj confirmed his separation with Anupama so she can keep him. She tells Kanta to leave as Anuj is not going to go back to Kapadia House.

She should make Anupama understand it as well. Kanta finds it hard to convince him. Anuj and Anupama both cry and miss each other.

Precap- Kanta tells Anupama to accept that Anuj wants to forget her and she should not hope for his return as well. Anupama gets heartbroken.
